I offer a nutritional coaching service for anyone who is looking to change the way they look and start their journey to a healthier and better lifestyle, with tailored nutrition and exercise regime. My job is to help you set and achieve realistic goals.

Getting started couldn’t be easier, after filling out a short questionnaire (outlining your goals and any medical conditions) I will then send you over a few forms to complete which will allow me to assess your current nutrition and physical activity level. We will then set up an initial consultation in which we can discuss your goals in greater detail and you will have a chance to ask me any questions.

Once I have the required information, I will create a personalised nutrition plan specific to you. This will take into account your favourite foods and lifestyle etc. You will have support from me whenever you need it, all I ask is that weekly you send me over your weight, measurements, progress photos (optional) and a paragraph about how you are getting on. We can then adjust anything if need be.
